Mike Lowell will also be entering his contract/age 35 season, whats the harm in acquiring a 29 year old pure sluggling 3rd baseman for 4 or 5 years? If said is actually possible, I can see Theo being crafty and still acquiring some good arms. Via trade like using Lowell as bait & using whats left of the available sources
