If you guys get Clemens, then the edict from on high may be strong. Though I dont think George will ever get Cashman to deal away Hughes, I do think he will force Cash to deal other pitching prospects to overpay for somebody. Clemens validates the rotation and staves off a long term flop of a move mid season. I dont like the midseason options anyway.
