All Contract extensions must go in here. Please put them in this format.
EX: The Houston Astros offer SP Johan Santana $4,000,000 for 4 years.
Make sure you include the position of each player, and that the salaries are annual. These will not go through for tonight's (12/15/04) sim but by Sundays (12/19/04).
