I noticed that Phil Hughes in 2006 was rated 39 (Just after Papelbon 37 and Bailey 38) and in 2007 as in top 5. Buchholz in 2007 was rated at about 51. Think after this year if he tears it up, he will come up in the top 15 prospects ? This is off baseball america
