Anyways, I won't be giving you shit. I don't really look at your team collapsing as much as I look to my team rising to the occasion. We both make the playoffs anyways, so the difference is one potential home game, that's it. In the big scheme of things, it is not too significant.
We've been taking it from you guys all season long, with a few of you being gracious about it. It is out of respect for you and the others that have been decent folks, that if we do catch you, I'll keep it down. However....in the offseason, and next year, if we catch you, I'll remind you at every opportunity. By then, you should be over it.
Glad to see that the rightful owners, the ones who patented "CHOKE", are once again on the verge of reclaiming their rightful trademark. 14.5 games....jeez. About the only one I knew who believed it was my father, he said he'd lived through year after year of Red Sox collapses that he knew his Yanks would pull through.
The thing I don't understand is why you guys aren't giving Manny grief. His bat could have won you a few games, but he seems content to sit and watch.
