There seems to be some disconnect as to what people actually think of the Mitchell Report. many seem to think it's the definitive list of who used previously. In my opinion, it was a report to discuss the state of the game and how big a role steroids/HGH played in it. Mitchell even suggested those on the list not be punished unless the crime was egregious enough to destroy the integrity of the game.
People are reading too much into this. It's becoming more and more accurate, but it isn't punitive in any way shape or form.
Like I said in the other thread, the evidence against Clemens continues to grow.
