They were juicing in Oakland, definately. I played college baseball from 1985-1988, and played both
with and
against guys that I had first hand knowledge were training with steroids. If college players were "smart" enough to be using them for a competitive advantage, you can bet your butt the pros were both aware of them and using.
I still can't believe Bagwell's name has never come up.
