Actually, after Indy III, I realized that there will be some hits and misses. “Temple” was almost as good as “Raiders.” “Crusade” was okay.

I only hope that they 1). Stay true to Indy’s character—don’t soften him. 2). Stop trying to make it a laugh-in—It was an adventure. Not an adventure/comedy. 3). Don’t fuck it up like they did Star Wars. Ewoks defeating the Empire’s best? Luke is Leia’s brother? Darth Vader built C-3PO? The Force is actually a microorganism in the blood stream? I am willing to suspend disbelief only so far. It’s an infinite universe. It doesn’t need to ALL be explained in an hour and ½.

C’mon Lucas! My money and sanity are riding on this.
