I respectfully disagree with what seems to be your point of view.

Obama IS brilliant, and he IS articulate. He flubbed his words in those two clips...no doubt about it. But to claim a guy isn't articulate and/or brilliant based upon two examples is kind of ridiculous, don't you think? These guys aren't robots...and this isn't a Rep/Dem kind of a thing, either; I think it's ridiculous when people pick apart anyone that loses a word when they're speaking off-the-cuff regardless of their party affiliation. Bush's flubs obviously get more press because he's actually IN office rather than running for it.

I've seen Obama speak in Town Hall format twice during this campaign and I can tell you that he was EXTREMELY impressive both times.

You can't doubt the "brilliance" of anyone elected into office. Well, you can, but it's ignorant. You can disagree with a lot of the policies and their judgment calls and what not, but to claim their unintelligent is foolish. (That's not in reference to you...it's in reference to anyone who carries the 'oh, Bush is dumb!' card without thinking.)
