A player signs elsewhere before the arb deadline and makes the decision easy for the team the player is leaving. I think Giambi heads back west. I don't know, for some reason i'm thinking SF. They don't see seem to care about roids, and he be a name on a piss poor team. Theres not too many teams out there looking for a DH. I don't see him on a contender, maybe a team that thinks there close and make a splash, maybe Seattle.
