Pepsi Problem
If you watch Fox News religiously (or in other words, as much as I do,) then you've probably heard about a lawsuit between a fellow who came up with an idea for water and Pepsi. Apparently, this guy wanted to sue the folks at Pepsi for $1.2 billion dollars. First of all, there are brands like Aquafina, Dasani, and Poland Spring out there, so almost all of the ideas for water have been taken. I think the most absurd part of the lawsuit is that the judge sent a complaint...to the wrong address! I believe that this is one of those news controversies in which everybody messed up in one way or another. Do you think so as well? Please vote in the poll.
