September Callups?

I guess this is for anyone who owns OOTP, but mostly for the admins of the league.

Do rosters increase to 40 for September like in the MLB? or are we restricted to 25?

hmm I don't think so. because a 40 man-roster would be a migrane for the admins unless the person who is doing the simm right now would want to take the burdon on.
