I personally prefer to discuss trades on AIM. Most people probably already know my screen name but it's devildots51101.

Well if someone has a beef about one of the trades they can veto it. Once it's vetoed on Yahoo we could have a discussion on the site and we can decide whether the trade is fair or not. But if no one complains than the trade goes through.

oh its league vote? Why? That seems like there is a lot of room for "i wanted to get that guy so im going to veto it blah blah" sort of stuff. And no i don't really want to trade right now, but i will at some point im sure we should have a place for this. Maybe a chain PM with all our AIM's or something. Mine is ksushi500

As I understand it, its a way to prevent lob sided trades ( especially to a friend or if someone has just given up ( lost interest or their team sucks, etc. ).

Yeah I see the upside I guess. One time in one of my leagues someone traded Lebron and Jermaine Oneal for Theo Ratliff Raef LaFrentz and Speedy Claxton. No one voted against it but me. If I were commish and it came up, I would have put it down. My point is that we're counting on people to be very attentive and pay due dilligence with this thing which might not always be the case. Not a big deal probably.
