Hey what's up with Igawa. He looks different and throwing right hand these day?
Oh wait.

Kei Igawa...the only pitcher who could make Ian Kennedy look good.

As an aside, I don't enjoy what's happening to the Yankees any more than you do. The lead isn't huge, but I cannot remember the Yankees being so shaken this century, even in 2005. I prefer a clash of two titans, not a Yankees team hanging on by smoke, mirrors and Joe Girardi's underappreciated management.

Cashman is terrible. Sadly, half the people here would do a more competent job than he does. We don't get paid a million a year to do it either.
Don't worry JHB. The Yankees will be there at the end. We always are. It's just the fact that they are put together by a moron that kills me.
As for Girardi, he is a fantastic in-game manager. No one notices because they aren't doing that well, but he really hasn't done much wrong so far.

Does Shelley Duncan look goofier when he is hitting or when he is running the bases?

He is a reliable 5th starter.
In AAA that is.

Ballgame Over. Thank God.

Jones gets the job done as usual. He gets goofy Duncan for the last out.

And we've appeared in more World Series the past 8 years. And 8 is such a square number, lets round it to 10 (2-2) or 15 (4-2). Like I said, this isn't last year, or the year before, or 2003 or 1998. We've got a longgg season ahead of us. And hey, we can only go up from here given our level of talent.

If we're not dwelling on the past, why do you say "Talk to us in October"? Because youve made the playoffs the last eight years?
Please motherfucker, Yankee fans thrived on living in the past before 2004. Don't give me that bullshit.

All they have is the past. They have no present. They are on a slow boat to nowhere this year. Their rookies are busts and gutless.
