I'm glad Mussina took himself out of the game. Its way to early in the season to be taking chances like that.

ya sorry to hear about mussina and wang
it hurts me to see the yanks 250M payroll get reduced to having carl pavano get the ball on opening day and watching the aging andy petitte get assaulted like a red headed step child who spilled milk...

you can count on 225 ip from pavano this year
no doubt about it

whos the other guy??
ignacious or something like that??
hes good for 200ip if you dont mind him surrendering 500 runs

Crunch, I think our payroll is in the order of 185 mil right now. And it is april and 2 of our SPs are out (as well as our 6th starter). And Pettitte got assaulted? What? His ERA is below 2.
