Hell of an AB here by the Giambino. 71 pitches in the 3rd. Nice.

Yeah and they called the error on Haren. Should have been on Walker in my opinion.

He's working the count well, but he really hasn't been hitting the ball well to start the year.

Pitched around the trouble there. Good job by Haren.

He will. Last yr was a huge anomaly for him. He always starts heinously slow.

He's a whiny cunt, so his pipes require cleaning.

They had him on the ropes. There's a good chance he may settle down, but his PC is really high and I can't see him lasting more than five, six at the most. The A's do have three pretty solid guys out of the pen, Calero, Duchshurer, and Street, so if they have the lead when Haren comes out they're in pretty decent shape.

Fair enough, I really hope your right considering he is the guy protecting A-Rod.
EDIT: Jackson, what did the first hitter of the inning do, I missed it?

I despise the guy. It is hilarious to hear him talk to former ballplayers and pretend he knows more about baseball than them. Then, inevitably, Kay jumps to a conclusion is blatantly wrong and he gets porked.

lined out to Damon. BTW, Igawa misses sometimes and it is just awful. He has fantastic stuff, but his lack of command to this point will be death against the sox and jays.
emergency hack by Swisher. It is pretty obvious that he has good stuff. Check that pitch. 87mph fastball that swisher had no chance on, so he emergency hacks and flips a foul ball. Then he slides off his slurve and just owns him.

Thanks. At least in his first start and this one, his command has really seemed to off when he has to pitch out of the stretch.
Great pitch there.

He might have the worst pickoff move I have ever seen from a lefty.

Re: April 13th Yankees @ Athletics
Singleton talking about the quiet crowd. He doesnt know that in between innings they are held at gunpoint and robbed or raped. Most of em are too stunned to move.

Re: April 13th Yankees @ Athletics
Hell of a play there by Cano. This time a blooper down the right field line doesn't kill Igawa.
