I find it hilarious myself. I get most of the humor and I think John C. McGinley is probably the best smartass actor I've seen in a long while. He's deffinitely an underrated actor.

The first two seasons of scrubs were some of the funniest/most genious T.V. ever written. It has gone steadily done hill after that though.

Frankly I find it more funny towards the latter. However this season, season 7 has been a bit weird what (SPOILER AHEAD) with J.D. becoming a dad and all.
But Scrubs does have some good reoccurring humor. Such as the Hooch character, Dr. Cox's rants, The Janitor, plain and simple. Maybe I just get the humor real well, or I'm easy to entertain due to my lack of attention span and education, who knows?
Anyway, I'm really not happy with the writer's strike because it could mean there won't be a proper series finale, and after you invest 6 years of your life into a show, you get pretty pissed about being stiffed by some yippy writers bitching over nonsense.
Hooch is crazy.

Seasons One through about Five were great. I've tried watching newer episodes recently and don't think it's as good as it used to be.
My new favorite FOX show is Prison Break... now that's a great show.
