Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
yeah it was real good, i absolutely loved it.
i just didn't think the ending was that good, if it wasn't based off a true story they could have done so much more with it

Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
saw No Country for Old Men tonight. Most intense action scenes in a long time. Fantastic movie. Great ending IMO, you gotta see it. The guy kills people with an oxygen tank.

Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
I'm currently watching Transformers...
This movie is absolutely terrible. If it wasn't for the special effects there'd be absolutely nothing good about this movie -- except for the girl in it, though in the movie she's just one more unbelievable character... just a hotter one, I suppose. It's kind of funny, I guess... a little bit...
Maybe I'm speaking too soon... I'm sure there's one huge battle remaining but that won't sway me because I already know the effects are amazing.

You can thank Michael Bay for being such a shitty director.

Yep.
I will say this, though... Optimus Prime as a Peterbilt is one beautiful looking truck.
edit: Final rating from me? Two thumbs down. It was cool, with the effects and all, but eh... it sucked.

Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
National Treasure: Book of Secrets is a very good follow up. First good movie Ive seen in awhile. I knew right away, after seeing the previews, that Walk Hard would have a hard time connecting with audiences' interests.

Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
Wasnt expecting it to be a zombie movie. It was alright, not sensational by any means.

Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
Should I go see I Am Legend? I'm 15 minutes into American Gangster and I don't like it.

Re: The official Talksox.com movie thread
Its really up to you, everyone thinks differently. I was just disappointed because there was just so much hype built up for it and it ended up not meeting my expectations
What I will suggest is definitely go see "No Country for Old Men"

Do not waste your time on I am Legend unless you're a zombie movie fanatic or something. I want my 1 hour and 40 minutes back.
