The Black Donnellys
Anyone watch it?
I'm a HUGE fan...but I guess from what I've heard, it's not doing so well.

Re: The Black Donnellys
I watched a bit of the first episode and thought it was awesome. I can't just keep to a schedule to watch a show though, so i probably won't watch it. I'm hooked on the sopranos on A&E though, but thats tough enough.

Give yourself 3 hours or so and go to NBC.com...you can watch them all on there and get yourself caught up. The first 40 minutes of the first episode, you'll be like "oh...this is a pretty good show..." but the last 10 will hook you for good.

Re: The Black Donnellys
I'm still pissed that Studio 60 got the ax. The pilot for Black Donnelly's was really good and the second episode wasn't bad, but I'm not sure it will make it. I have no faith in any network giving a decent show any shot unless it's gay like American Idol.

A city of over 8 million people is bound to have a few Irish families.

Yeah, it just kind of turned me off I guess. Plus the lead actor is from Charlestown in Boston. But whatever, I watched the opener, didn't like it.

Yeah that's a pretty stupid argument. Oh the Departed is about Irish people in Boston, I won't watch it. I don't care if Irish people do in fact live there... IT'S IN BOSTON!! AGGAFH

Re: The Black Donnellys
Yeah, that's a pretty weak argument for not liking it.
I haven't seen it but I trust that if it's any good, it will get the axe soon.

Re: The Black Donnellys
I found the first two episodes dragging, but the last one was decent. I still think it will get canceled, but it may turn out to be a decent show.
