Default Drowning Pool

Are there any fans of them here? I liked their old stuff with Dave Williams, but their new stuff is also very impressive. I can't stop listening to "Enemy"

Me being the music elitist I am, I have to say thumbs down to this thread.

And apparently the forum isn't working perfectly for me because the main page says there are new topics, but when I click on them, there are only the same old topics.

Oh wait, I just added a post and I can now view what others have written. So seriously, no one likes them?

Their garbage sounds like 99% of the other garbage that's out there.

I will agree with you. I'm into the heavy stuff, and I think Drowning pool with Dave Williams was the best

Not my cup of tea. I could see how some might like 'em, but I don't.

It's unfortunate that Drowning Pool has already had 3 different singers. They aren't that old of a band.

And does anyone know how to fix the problem of seeing old threads/not seeing new posts?

Not a fan of their band name but I like the music.

Drowning Pool is ok. Not crazy about the vocals, and I'm not real impressed by their songwriting, but I do understand why some would like them...they're kind of in that Korn mold I think...another band I can't really listen to.

12 Stones is a band from that genre who's songs have some stronger hooks I think.

I like the lyrics to "Enemy". The chorus goes:

God knows what I've been through,
This is the life I have, this is the life I chose

Or something like that. But it's mostly about the melody
