is there a way of changing the time so its right cuz i keep getting confused

It isnt right? Its set to EST with the hour added for daylight savings. You can most likely edit it in your user cp somewhere, just look around in there.

Actually, to fix the time issue you need to go to "my controls" --> "board settings" and click the box that says "is daylight savings time in effect?". That will fix the time issue.
