the teams that didn't submit line-ups may have had players released because they were designated for assignment. i'm resigning the players for their salary. otherwise if i cant i will resim the only way they'll get a different salary is if they refuse to resign or will agree to a minors contract so if you see a contract signed for like 20,000,000 thats the only way they would resign with your team

Seems fair enough. Now my only question is: Just who the hell is running this league? I've seen admin posts from Noah, Sandman, and Radgeta. Just what the hell is going on?
