I know I sound stupid but I still haven't figured out how to start a thread as a poll.

Oh, and how do you fix the time.

To make a poll, post your thread, and then towards the bottom before you submit it check the "make this a poll" option, and indicate the # of options. You'll be taken to a make poll screen after you submit.

As for the time, dig around in the user CP, its probably under options.
