Last season's NL rookie of the year will be staying put for quite some time. He signed an 8 year, 45 million dollar contract with the Brewers today. It is the Brewers biggest contract ever.

It is a fantastic deal for the Brew Crew. Now what they should do is try to lock up Prince Fielder as well.

Braun has some amazing talent. After watching him in the weekend series i'm happy knowing that he is in the national league so the sox won't have to face him unless in WS. He took Beckett, Papelbon for rides there and those are the two best guys the Red Sox have.
