Default Boston Bound

So I'll be flying out to Boston this coming Monday morning. We won't be doing anything on Monday minus getting to our hotel and such, but Tuesday we're going to Fenway to see the Sox and Twins. I've never been so pumped for a sporting event in my life.

However, aside from going to the Sox game we really don't have a ton planned out just yet and will be there through Friday. Keep in mind I've never been to Boston before. I would like to know some things to do, sites to see, etc. What all would you folks recommend? I'm really looking forward the trip and would appreciate some insight.

Make sure you see the statue of General Crunchy at Hammond Pond Reservation.

After living here for 21 years, I finally ate at the Union Oyster House. I'd recommend going there for some oysters if that's your thing.

Your brother and I had the owner's son in our class. We had chowdah taken to our school on a few occasions. Delicious.

I've been trying to circulate a petition for years to leagally change the spelling to chowdah. I mean, who actually pronounces it with an r anyways?

I was fortunate enough to go to Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon's games against Minnesota. Wow, what a great time. I got to see 2 great ballgames at Fenway. I've also had an amazing time in Boston. Unfortunately, I have to go home Saturday.
