I spend way too much time on this site, it takes away from some of my productivity, I will be honest. However Jacko is becoming quite a concern to me.

He has, at this point, 8547 posts since August 6 of last year. That is approximately 26 posts a day. In contrast, I joined 15 days later and have approximately 995 posts for an average of about 4 posts a day.

This is why I recommend we need to save Jacko from himself. I suggest, for every post that Jacko makes, we all donate 1 penny to the SAVE JACKSONIANMARCH fund. This is to ensure that he will be taken care of in case he loses his wife/girlfriend to this site, carpal tunnel syndrome, and overall depression that he must be feeling to his insane posting at this site.

So please...take some time out of your life, and a penny out of your pocket to save this poor man and his soul.

ha, as you can see, my posting has dropped since I started residency. It is fun though, I'll tell you that much. I get to do everything I have ever wanted to do while having guidance when I falter. This program is one of the best in the country, so I know I am getting good tutelage while also getting some independence in my practice. It is pretty nice coming home and knowing you made a positive impact. I dont know why i was dreading it.

not in the ICU, I am averaging about 60 right now. Next month, I will be screwed.
