Wells if Halloween is your favorite, I HIGHLY recommend going to Vegas.
I was there for Halloween in '99 at the Hard Rock and it was bedlum. Awesome time at the main bar in the casino. Took a sweet drunk blonde chic back to my room at the Hilton, we burned one and then she "pulled a Wells" (started puking)
