No, he just parked in the wrong spot at an airport and started with the 'dont you know who I am?' thing with the officer. He threw some money at her and said 'Ill pay the fine'. When he refused to move the car, she arrested him.

Well, I think in some states in can take up to two hours between getting arrested and getting an actual Breathalyzer. Depending on how long before being arrested you stopped drinking, you can either sober up considerably in that time, or if you had been drinking up until not long before the arrest, get drunker as the alcohol gets into your blood system.
