Yes he did. It could be argued he was the best power bat in baseball those two years. For that he has some of my respect. Now he just sucks. And sucks hard. Trade him to some team that thinks they can fix him. Sox need pitching.

The thing is that JD is here for one thing. To hit, and hit it hard. He can't run and he is a defensive liability. At least Pablow could field his position, albeit generating seismic readings at the Weston Observatory. And he could run faster than JD. Plus Pablow had comedic value.
