Jim O'Brien. His number was unusually high because he was also a wide receiver. A conventional style straight ahead kicker that is also a wide receiver. You don't see that anymore.

Haha yeah, New Orleans has hosted the most Super Bowls at 9, but 6 were at Super Dome.
