Re: Official NBA thread
There were some good games yesterday. I cannot wait to see how the rest of the Suns-Spurs series plays out. I didn't get to watch much basketball because of passover but I saw bits and pieces, and highlights.

Re: Official NBA thread
Toronto has made a game of it but Dwight Howard is incredible.
25 points, 19 rebounds, 5 blocks...

Re: Official NBA thread
My only (slight) concern...too easy of a series sometimes breeds bad habits.
I stress, though, slight concern, as I think the younger guys get good playing time in this opening series, which fosters depth and confidence...and I don't believe KG and other vets would allow complacency.
Something about the combination of being a Boston Celtic AND having a chance to make a title run that keeps these things in check.

I would much rather play the Cavs. The Wizards fucking dump on us.

LB 4 rebounds away from a triple double with the cavs leading by 20 with 5 to play in the 3rd quarter

then you're an idiot
the games we played vs. the wiz, we played pathetic basketball. it was not celtics basketball at all. they're a very good team, but very beatable. SEE: last night.
we dont have a single guy who could guard lebron, nor do we have a guy who can go bucket for bucket with him when its under 2 mintues left.
the guy is flat out special. put him on a good team, people are calling him jordan version 2.0. his size, athleticism, strength are all unmatched.
if delonte and wally are knocking down their outside shots, theres no reason why they can't make the finals again.

Re: Official NBA thread
Dwight with another 20/20 game. Beast.
Chris Paul is the player I take to start a franchise.

Oh absolutely. I just think LeBron is way too good to pass up.

Re: Official NBA thread
Hawks and Celtics are knotted at two games.
I love this.
