If I were him, there's no way I'd bet on the Nuggets at this point. Ugh.
'Melo will put up 35, though.

Re: Official NBA thread
Nuggets are still trying to trade Earl Watson.
I'll say this, if they trade Earl Watson, I won't watch another Nuggets game until Kiki is no longer the GM. I'm sick of these idiotic decisions. I'll check the box score only to see how 'Melo did.

Watch what you say. 'Melo wants Artest in Denver and Watson may be part of the deal that gets it done.

Re: Official NBA thread
I know, lol, but Watson's my favorite! (Melo excluded, because he's the obvious favorite)

Understandable, I was just saying be careful what you say because it COULD happen. Especially if Kiki is as awful as you say. (Can't be that great if he wanted Darko over 'Melo )

... and turned down Redd for Nene when it was obvious that we needed a shooter. I certainly don't like him. There's been a few small things I've liked, like picking up Najera, but I think Karl influenced that a lot. I also liked the signing of Watson (obviously), but if they trade him, that's all nullified.

And didn't you guys JUST sign Watson this past off-season??? Why trade him already...too loyal to Boykins?

Re: Official NBA thread
yep, just signed him. Who knows, I'd much prefer Earl Watson. Good defensive player too, while Boykins is a liability

And Boykins is so small. How could he guard anyone with a super great success rate?

Re: Official NBA thread
Marion named Western Conference Player of the Week
http://aol.nba.com/suns/news/marion_060103.html
I'm glad he got this, it shows his stats over the 4 games that the week constituted and he played awesome, and that didn't even include his 39 Points and 14 Rebounds against New York last night. He's the reason we are on top of the Pacific Division right now. Without him we would be mediocre at best.

Re: Official NBA thread
Very cool, didn't get to see him play at all, but sounds like he deserved it.

Yeah dude, I'm so glad he got some attention. He deserves it. Like last year though, he will probably have to get voted on to the All-Star game by the coaches because the fans vote is so skewed.

Re: Official NBA thread
Did anyone see the Nuggets game? That last play last night. Where Harris I think it was got wide open after Miller lost him. What a bad way to lose, especially after that amazing shot to tie it by Carmelo.
