no i just think so he can be versatile in more positions than 3rd base, with 2nd base probably being open for next season

i wasnt saying youk will play 2nd base next season. youk will be the 3rd baseman of 2006, i was just trying to say they are expanding his playing abilities

When was the last tim Tony G. played the outfield ? I'm not trying to bust 'em just curious. I clearly understand your point about being for valuable to the Sox or any other team being a versatile player. Tony G. and alot of others have made long careers that way.

during the 2001 season with the White Sox, they had experimented with Tony G in left field for a series of games, tho limited time at best, had made no errors for those games
