Well, if he is good, I would say 4 or 5. I definetly think if he is good enough to be signed at 17, if he is that far away from being major league ready, why sign him? He might not pan out, but they definetly won't just sit him around for six years.

GCL Sox have played 3 games I believe. Chih has 2 hits in 4 at-bats.

theres not much on him right now.....we have no scouting report yet on him at soxprospects.com but the only thing I know about him is he has been hitting with the wood bats for awhile and has been pretty good at it.
