I think we see eye to eye on most issues. I just refuse to vote for John McCain, because I see him as one of the many politicans who think they can use government to fix problems. I don't see him as someone who will promote capitalism or reduce the size of the federal government.

I completely agree. I can honestly say that if Hillary was the dem nominee I would almost want her to win so that maybe there would be a chance of getting a real conservative to run in 2012. I don't think there is a big difference between McCain and Hillary. The problem is that with Obama having such a socialist view of the world and the direction he wants to take the country....it's scary to think he will most likely have great control of both the house and senate. (basically Howard Dean running the country)

His stances on same-sex marriage, and his unwavering support of the Drug War comes to mind.

I catch parts of their shows a few times each week. He doesn't crusade on either issue. His same sex marriage argument is certainly not based on a condemnation of lifestyles. He feels that same sex couples should have all the same rights, but not an official government designation. I think he is okay with civil unions and domestic partnerships. In this regard, he is no different than Obama.

Oreilly is a self promoting pimp who thinks that he's smart because he surrounded by douchebags and idiots, being a bully isnt the same as being intelligent and I would enjoy wiping that fucking smirk off his face.
Sean Hannity is more sickening, his non ending ballwashing of Bush, the war in Iraq and his hatred of everything democrat makes him look like a poor mans Rush Limbaugh without the charisma.
why is alan colmes on tv?
what purpose does this man serve for the left outside being a punching bag.

Ironically for the 1st time in history MSNBC had beaten Fox in the 10 days preceeding the election with Keith Olberman(another fucking idiot) beating Oreilly in their time slots..The nation turned Oreilly and Hannity off before the election cause they were sick of the bullshit, the false hoods and the general nonsense of Gop talking points.
they certainly couldnt run on the issues so they get out their razors and start fileting the candidate personally...Obama saw his dad for a few weeks when he was 10 years old, somehow his fathers sister was here illegally and Fox thought it prudent to lead the news with this information as if the nation cares??

    the nation spoke last night.
The Gop is in shambles, theyve been exterminated from New England
They've been beaten in their back yards and the only places they can count on are in the former confederacy and any place aryan nation is active.
this is the price you pay for incompetence and lying and last night the bill came due.
Message to Obama and the newly elected Democrats
in 1992 something very similar happened except Clinton got 43% of the vote.
his 1st order of business was getting gays in the military and trying like crazy to get a female attorney general no matter the cost or the price...then there was travel gate.
    long story short
2 years later due to his left run clinton saw democrats in congress and the senate get annilihated and he was forced to work with a Gop congress.
    I assure you
the democrats have 2 years to get it together or they too will be out on their asses because we have a very angry nation at this time and now they finally understand that voting indeed works.

    Congrats to Obama
the man ran an exceptional campaign and did things that i thought impossible
