couple rumors floating around LSU boards saying he has signed.
no links (or anything else looking reliable) so far.
any word on y'all end?
A great day for the Sox system today if the pillaging of LSU was as thorough as it appears to have been.

Enjoyed his time in Baton Rouge, hope to see him in a Sox uni in a couple years.
Sweet.
And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know. In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws, And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
Sox did a nice job this year. Really happy about the Ranaudo signing. A bit less the Jacko's 5M estimate though lol
LSU got ravaged yesterday.
The sox went bananas. This is a good draft for them. I especially like the Ranaudo signing and the Workman signings. I think both will fly through the system, assuming they stay healthy
Hal sucks

he was a big part of our title run that year.
workhorse who can log a lot of innings.
does need to learn how topitch out of the stretch a little better, which I'm sure minor league coaching will do.
can't wait to see him in the bigs.
and ranaudo signed as every single person and source i could find thought he would, with the exception of jm of course
budda yaz - i'm trying to be nice so cut me some slack
*applause*
That looks like a pretty loaded draft. Cecchini and Ranaudo are potential impact players.
If history tells us anything, the path to redeption for any bad baseball team is marked with a deep rotation of durable starters, a world class defense in both infield and outfield, a lineup that can generate runs in more than one way, a bullpen that won't steal defeat from the jaws of victory, and a top end catcher to hold the whole package together. These are the conditions by which victory is achieved, anything that does not accomplish these objectives is a waste of resources.
Cecchini is a really good signing.Originally Posted by Dojji;571371;
all the reports had him leaning pretty strong toward LSU.
while no where near 100%, we were fairly confident we could get him to stay.
I never really doubted Ranaudo would sign.
LeBlanc was a surprise until this morning.
He's from a lil town about a half hour from here.
talked to a guy that recruited him for another school, and found out he's got a wife (girlfriend?) and a kid already, so he was looking to make some money.
Very satisfied with this years draft. Especially Ranaudo, Workman, Brentz, Coyle, and Cecchini. Ranaudo and Workman could be the eventual replacements for Lackey and Beckett in a couple of years.
I jsut wished we could have gotten Duke or Jaffe as well, will be interesting to see wehre they are drafted in the upcoming years
Go hard every day
