    2011 Yankee Gamethread

    Game 1- NYY vs Detroit

    Verlander vs Sabathia.

    I dont have the full lineup because we are unsure if Granderson will be playing on opening day. But one thing is for certain. Gardner will be leading off with Jeter batting second. I am a BIG fan of that move.

    A Yankees, Mets & Red Sox fan are all climbing up a mountain & arguing about who loves their team the most. The mets fan insists he is the most loyal & says"this is for the mets" & jumps off the mountain. Not to be undone the Yankee fan is next to profess his love 4 his team & says "this is for the yankees" & pushes the red sox fan off the mountain!

    Looks like there might be a window in the forecast for the Yanks. They are saying rain through the morning, then clouds through the beginning part of the afternoon followed by scattered showers. I bet they play today, since tomorrow looks like Mother Nature's abortion. 10 inches of snow on April 1st, fuck!
