    Edit: Do you go up in weight each set or stay the same?

    Leg extension: 4 sets of 12 reps with 70
    Machine hack squat: 3 sets of 10 reps with 225
    Good morning: 45 x 5, 45 x 6, 45 x 7
    Seated leg curl: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 140
    Lying leg curl: 4 sets of 12 reps @ 50
    Seated calf raise: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 65

    Machine tricep pushdowns: 3 sets of 10 x 200
    Overhead dumbbell extensions: 4 sets of 12 x 20
    Medium grip pressdowns: 3 sets of 10 x 105

    Biceps:

    Barbell curl: 45 x 5, 65 x 5, 95 x 5
    Preacher curl: 3 sets of 10 x 40
    Concentration curl: 3 sets of 12 x 20
    Hammer curl: 3 sets of 10 x 20

    Lateral dumbbell raise:

    20 x 10 x 3

    Cable lateral raise:

    50 x 12 x 4

    Hammer strength overhead press:

    190 (machine max, bitch) x3 x3

    Front dumbbell raise:

    25 x 10 x 3

    Barbell shrug:

    315 x 10 x 10

    Adjust weight to your standards. That's a pretty good shoulder/trap builder.
