    Kozmaesque.
    Priorities:
    1. Yankees lose
    2. Red Sox win

According to Baseball Reference the record for most ABs without an XBH is 174 by a catcher in 1906.

Chase has now eclipsed the century mark. 102 plate appearances without an EBH.

And there's more - he ended last season on a run of 27 plate appearances without an EBH, including the playoff game.

So his total streak stands at 129.

Yet we will keep trotting him out there. I want to see Refsnyder up again. If he can't handle third, I'm sure Castro can. Headley needs a phantom injury

It's one of those fluky, fluky things. Lucky for the Yankees, it takes 550 plate appearances for ISO (isolated power or measure of extra base hits) to have any predictive value. Also, Headley's BABIP is almost 100 points below his career average. It's uncanny.

    He hit a HR yesterday!
