    Usage of compression stockings

Hi, my father is suffering from a varicose vein for the past few years. He didn't take treatment at first but began to take the treatment when the pain became worse. Doctor has performed a vein removal procedure saying that it has affected his blood flow to valves. Even after the surgery, the pain still persists. We are planning to buy compression stockings from Vaughan. Is it safe to wear stockings after having this surgery? We also are unaware of the usage of compression stockings. Is there anybody over here who can describe the usage and maintenance of compression stockings? Thanks in advance.

I would think that's a question for the doc that did the surgery.
    No experience with them personally.

The compression stockings are usually used as an interim step to increase circulation prior to dealing with the veins in a procedure.

The pain in his legs may be something else like diabetes.

"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."
