Ranking the PGS in the NBA

obviously in todays NBA we have a lot of very good players at this position, in you were to say, make a top 10 list, what would yours look like? Obviously I may be a bit biased, but here is mine.

    1. Stephen Curry.
    2. Russell Westbrook
    3. John Wall
    4. Chris Paul
    5. Kyrie Irving
    6. Damian Lillard
    7. Isaiah Thomas
    8. Kyle Lowry
    9. Kemba Walker
    10. Mike Conley

I believe Curry is still better than Westbrook, due to his championship ability and he seems like more of a team player. Westbrooks shot selection and constant beefing with other star teammates is a concern, and I factored that in. I have John Wall third as I believe he is a truly emerging superstar, who is elite scoring, passing, and defensively, he is a leader and one of the smarter guards in the league. Deciding between him and the always dependable Chris Paul was very difficult, but I think Paul has lost a step, while Wall is on the rise.

5-7 was the hardest for me, I could put those three guys in any order and be okay with it. I chose Kyrie as 5 due to his closing ability, especially in playoffs games, I know IT is a good closer but Kyrie has been doing it longer and in bigger games. Lillard and IT was a literally toss up.

would love to hear other opinions about this great debate at this stacked position

note: I have Harden as a SG, if I were to list him, I'd put him 2nd, move everyone after Curry down 1, and knock Conley off list.

I'm biased being an OKC fan first, then a Celtics fan, but I'll give it a whirl:

    1. Westbrook
    2. Curry
    3. Kyrie
    4. Paul
    5. IT
    6. Kemba
    7. Wall
    8. Lillard
    9. Tony Parker
    10. Dragic

This whole talk of Westbrook vs Oscar Robertson neglects one key point:

The Big O averaged a triple dbl over his first 4 years combined, including a scoring average above 30 PPG.

If you round off the numbers, he did it in his first 5 seasons in the NBA.

Having Kemba (among others) above Wall and having tony Parker on the list period and not having Kyle Lowry, is just absurd..
