I am so sick of Xander and his field issues lately.
I am so sick of Xander and his field issues lately.
He is looking more and more like Jeter every day.
That's what he wants, right?

"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."
Can't get the offense going early. Yankees losing early 2-0
Come on rodriguez. Get it together
Cannot do anything against rondon
Leadoff double nice.
Fuck!! Rodriguez giving up too many doubles
Rodriguez needs to stop trying to strike everyone out and locate in the strike zone. Everything's is max effort all the time. That's bullpen mentality.
The Yankees could go 0-162 and it wouldn't be enough
This offense has to fucking get going! Too inconsistent
I've seen ERod throw five different pitches tonight---4 seamer, 2 seamer, cut fastball, slider, and changeup. Not bad. The problem is that the only pitch he trusts when he absolutely needs a strike is that fast ball, and, just to be sure, he goes for the middles of the strike. He throws the slider and changeup very sparingly. The first inning, I think he one non-four-seamer (93 mph). And all three Chicago hitters in the first hit the ball hard but were outs.
The error by Bogaerts didn't hurt except for elevating the pitch count.
No fucking offense tonight
Another misplay of a ball off the wall by Benni. It was of no consequence but he needs to at better at this soon.
