I never thought deflategate was real. Are you saying it was, that the Patriots deflated footballs and nobody noticed?????

Excellent first out by ERod, but he barely beat the batter to 1b because for him going there is always an afterthought.

Morales is hot. Can't give him much good to hit right now.

I was thinking that Moon has confused Spygate with Deflategate.

Anyone who believes anything about Deflategate probably voted for trump.

"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."

That was ERod's best first inning in the last decade or so.

I thought he left the mound in time but didn't hustle in getting to the base. Pitchers are taught to run to the line then turn so they run parallel to the line to get to the bag. Because he didn't hustle he was forced to run directly toward the bag and on a collision course with the runner. Fortunately he got there in time to get out of the runner's way.

Can we break our streak of scoreless first innings at 13?

That is worse than I thought.

Mi compadre Estrada isn't pitching well at all this season. We have to capitalize it.

    LOL

The argument made by many after deflategate was that even if the ball was deflated, it made no difference.

I never said I agreed with or disagreed with anything concerning that case.

Maybe the home plate ump decided to even things about against those lowdown, no good, rotten signals-stealing Sox. Give the Jay pitcher the corners, but not ERod. works for me.

I don't like Nunez leading off, he was our RBI man when he came here.

I sure hope the Sox told the Orioles about how to use those apple watches because they could use some help.

The whole apple watch thing is so incredibly stupid and hard to believe. Like why would you even do that? Its just pure stupidity and makes the organization look foolish and stupid. Did it really make a big difference? No, probably not, but the fact they were attempting to gain an advantage with technology (which is cheating) is horrible. Stuff like this really irritates me, especially as it will now be endless debated whenever Sox games are on TV.
