I think that drops Bregman down to hitting .750 off Fister.

Out starters Era the last two years in the playoffs is 11 something...
In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
    In the land of submarines
So we sailed up to the sun
'Til we found a sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
    In our yellow submarine

Really, WTH was DD thinking in the ERA of the HR to role out a lineup full of 5'9" and under guys. Our biggest guy is our SS and he has 9 HRs.

I don't know how Farrell keeps his job. This team's so lackadaisical. No fire. Crappy pitching etc.

Excuses, excuses. This team has no heart. Same lame ass performance!

Let's look at the pitching DD brought in: Price - best name available, but record of suckage in the playoffs. Not DD's fault that his 2017 unfolded the way it did.
Sale - great acquistion, record of fading, but debatable if Farrell rode him too hard or what.
Pom - has turned out well, never should be in a position of starting him game 2 of playoffs though.

I think we're missing a dependable #3 innings eater. I am not wholly blaming DD for the pitching, but there's really no depth to it.

No excuses. The offense has sucked all season long. They are playing to their level which is bad.

No one on this team is above being traded. Right now we have a good team, but not a team built to go deep. I knew early on that we were lacking much needed fire power. I really didn't think the starters would fall off like they did, but what diff. does it make with a weak hitting line up. Should be a interesting winter.

Must-win game, wouldn't you drop 0-fer Xman in the order at least?

Just amazing to hear people say "no one's untouchable" on a team that just won division back to back.
