Sale vs Archer
I wonder what the crowd size will be.
I'm guessing about 17,000.
I also wonder about playing on grass all spring and then starting the season with two series on turf.
I hope we see no more injuries for a while.
"Hating the Yankees like it's a religion since 94'" RIP Mike.
"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."
Start time 4 PM.
As much as I don't like the TropDome, it's kind of nice to know we'll be playing our first 4 games of the season without any weather issues.
Must watch t.v. up here in the north woods of Maine.

Oh shit a game thread. Now I'm starting to get excited.
@ScottLauber
Chris Sale will make his fourth career Opening Day start but first for the #RedSox, who have had five different Opening Day starters in the past five years (Sale '18, Porcello '17, Price '16, Buchholz '15, Lester '14).
