If Xander hits like he did yesterday, he'd do more damage in the 5 hole than he would in the 3 hole.

    - From the 2004 ALCS Game 4 Gamethread. A reminder that no game is over until the final out is recorded, and things will always get better. Misspellings unchanged as a reminder that Yankees fans are just terrible.

    I like Devers 4th and Bogey 5th.

    Where's that leave JD? second?

    1) Betts
    2) JD
    3) HRam
    4) Devers
    5) Bogey
    6) Beni
    7) Nunez
    8) Vaz
    9) JBJ

That could work. Beni should maybe be even lower until he gets his swing back.

If Beni wasn’t in a start of season funk, I’d argue with you.

Yeah that lineup looks fine with me too. Devers & XB look great at the plate right now. Devers even hitting into some bad luck on top of that fact. Vaz looks great. He was agressive last night and it paid off big time. HanRam had one of the best games on both sides of the ball. Last night is up there with one of the best games I’ve seen from Hanley in a Red Sox uni.

I’ll take it. And if Moreland hits 10 more we up to 42 from that 1B spot.

In the 13th inning of last nights game after hanley’s Two run hit, I saw Bradley turn to JD and say “so that is what a hit looks like.”

    JD replied, “what’s a hit?”

I also saw Bradley ask JD "how much did Boras convince you you were worth"?

Kimmi, S&C, InfernoOrange, CP, Thunder, Jad, FJ, and I are probably the only Red Sox fans on the planet hoping HanRam has a monstah season and his option vests.
HanRam is a class act and a great ballplayer. he is what every player should try and be. great attitude, loves the game, loves the fans, will do whatever his manager asks him to do without a single peep, and is not afraid of the spotlight.
    I hope he vests.
