Finishing up Lennon's solo albums. Not a patch on his Beatles output. I blame Yoko.
    Priorities:
    1. Yankees lose
    2. Red Sox win

Back when Nevermind 1st came out, this song was just known as "the secret song" to everyone. I didn't learn it's actual name until much later.

When I saw them live in '93, they played this at the very end.

Actually, although I say I blame her, I've been thinking about it lately, and obviously he was very much in love with her, and was presumably happy, so at the end of the day that should count more than a band that probably would have broken up anyway.

They should have done more songs like this. Some of their albums are really poor by comparison.

Not sure if this link will work for everybody but this version of Mountain Time is better than the ones offered on Youtube.

This is just classic American rock music played by a generational talent.

It's a beautiful soaring power ballad that just makes you feel good to listen to.
"Hating the Yankees like it's a religion since 94'" RIP Mike.

"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."
