Howdy folks. Long time Red Sox fan who annually buys into the "This is the year" syndrome. But this time, it just might happen ! (if I had a nickle for every time I said that..........). My nickname is a slight reminder to Yankee fans that are "Living in the Past" when they bring up 1918, past titles won, etc. The time is now, and if not us, who ? Looking forward to the season long debate. Tip of the hat to the forum inventors; nice job, gentlemen ! And since the season starts tonight, for the record I'll predict a Red Sox/Cubs World Series, which the Sox will win in 7 games, naturally. Let the games begin !
