The way his Sox career ended sucked, but I don't have any issues with Beckett, he was a key contributor to a world series winning team. Hard to hate a dude who helped you win a championship, regardless of what else he does.

As a fan, I witnessed two of his games at Fenway where he unapologetically gave up 6 runs in the first inning. Thanks for 2007, but Beckett GFY

Ryu perfect through 7.
No team has ever pitched back to back no hitters
Got fairly close though interestingly enough:
No team has thrown no-hitters in consecutive games, although it has happened once on consecutive days: On May 5, 1917, Ernie Koob of the St. Louis Browns no-hit the Chicago White Sox, and teammate Bob Groom repeated the feat in the second game of a doubleheader the following day.
If it wasn't for a Hanley Ramirez error it would have been a perfect game
Boo hoo hoo.
Kershaw should trow more games like this to justify his crazy contract.
I'm glad that the Sox don't spend this way.
Lincecum has a no hitter thru 7 against the Padres. He no hit them last July
For the 2nd year in a row Lincecum has no hit the Padres. Lincecum at the plate also went 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk. lol
