Farrell has to realize he's in a tough division, where every win is important. That means no player is special. Ells should have been moved to 9th a week ago. Tito did it in '09, and it worked. Take the pressure off the kid, who is trying to pull everything. And increase their run production, which is hurting right now.
You have to wonder about Farrell. He improves the pitching, but he persists in not doing the obvious in the batting order with the team slumping.
